About me

Patricia Bandeira Duarte was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. She started doing yoga in 1999 in Köln.

After graduating from the University in Bonn with a degree in Language Studies, she went to Costa Rica in 2001 for a visit and stayed for 10 years. She practiced Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
With the yoga practice she decide to change her life and to become a yoga teacher and therapist, so she took a Tantra yoga 4-month intensive course at Ananda Marga in Lisbon. She became Reiki Teacher and Thai Yoga therapist. She learned Thai Massage with Iris Lamber, www.irieyoga.com and Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology was taken with Linda Steele. www.prosperousmassagepractice.com.

Patricia created Padma Yoga Center in 2009 in Liberia Guanacaste, Costa Rica and 2013 in Lisbon (Portugal).

Since 2011 Patricia is a certified 500h Master Teacher by Yoga Alliance International from India.

Full Zen Yoga Retreat: 7 days

Daily transformational integral Yoga overlooking the nature in a private house with garden and swimming pool 10 minutes walking from the beach. Daily mantra meditation and sunset salutation!

This special package includes a sound massage and a Meditation with singing bowls

We will live in the rhythm of integral yoga, spending most of our time in natural light and the fresh prana, based upon the teachings of Tantra and Ayurveda.

Through morning and evening meditation, yoga integral and relaxing deeper into the Sound Massage or Reiki treatment, we will integrate into our cellular body the process of living flow in rhythm with the pulse of life.
