6 nights or 2 nights (weekend from Friday to Sunday) in double occupancy in a wonderful rural house in the middle of nature, close to the beach. The right place to relax, enjoy nature, breath fresh air and meditate.
A family villa with swimming-pool in a very nice quiet area surrounded by green landscape. It is the perfect place to relax and do yoga, enjoy the nature, walk on the beach and breath fresh air, to connect with your soul. Toilet, kitchenettes, veranda and swimming-pool only 10 minutes walking to Coelha or Castelo Beach. And only 5 minutes by car to Galé Beach. Close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. Albufeira is a very nice town with a lot of shops and entertainment, only 10 minutes by car.
 
Program:

•  6 nights in double occupancy
• 1h30 Integral Yoga & Meditation in the morning and in the evening
• 2 healthy meals with organic food, fruit juices and herbal tea
• 1 Reiki or Singing Bowl Treatment- Reiki balances the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy, raising the person who receives it to a deep level of harmonization in all energy fields or chakras through the universal energy of the cosmos
• 1 Chakras balancing workshop

1st day

9:00  Yoga & meditation
10:30  Healthy Breakfast
11:00  Get your treatment, walk on the beach, swim, lay back on the grass or read a book, do one of the wonderful trips

Afternoon off to do what you want
18:30 Yoga & Meditation
20:30 Dinner
and a lot of time to relax in the area, walk on the beach, read a book, breath the fresh air, surf and  do different tours in the area. You can also have a Latin Dance class with us or try a Thai Yoga Massage or Ayurvedic Massage.
